Instant Response Focus Groups
Instant Response Focus Groups are the most cutting edge and technologically advanced method to find the right language and message.
Utilizing hand-held dials, also known as "people meters," each focus group participant rates video images as they are presented - second-by-second. We can isolate exactly which word or phrase is most effective and which words to avoid.
Each Dial Session consists of 25 participants and lasts for about 3 hours. During the session there is a moderated discussion, video images, and written exercises.
We can travel to any location worldwide, and working with a local Focus Group facility and moderator, can conduct Instant Response Focus Groups in any language.
